Cooking with CBD – The Protein Smoothie
Mix a teaspoon of Mee into a breakfast smoothie is a great way to start your morning. We like to use this recipe with protein powder for added nutrition and you can mix it into the blender with a teaspoon of Mee CBD powder. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and enjoy!
- 1x cup spinach
- 1x banana
- 1x cup frozen cherries
- 1x cup almond milk
- 1x teaspoon nut butter
- 1x teaspoon cacao powder
- 1x teaspoon protein powder
- 1x 20mg dose of Mee CBD
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
Mee CBD Infused Salad Dressing
Mee CBD oil can be added to sauces and salad dressings for a dose of CBD and you can still eat a delicious healthy meal. A simple vinaigrette dressing with added CBD is the perfect way to have your daily CBD intake. We recommend making this dressing at the start of the week so you can add it to your meals whenever you fancy
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Juice half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A few drops of Mee CBD (20mg worth of CBD)
- Mix well and serve over any delicious salad
Mee CBD Infused Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cooking with CBD infused chocolate cookies are great for the days when you need a little sweet snack! The chocolate chips can also be swapped out for raisins or nuts and dairy-free butter can be used to make them vegan-friendly.
- 100g light brown sugar
- 150g butter
- 160g self-raising flour
- 80g chocolate chips
- As much MeeCBD oil as you need (1 pipette is 20mg worth of CBD)
- Combine the sugar and butter and then stir in the flour until a smooth mixture is formed. Add your MeeCBD drops and stir in the chocolate chips. Divide into 6 pieces on a lined baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C and then leave to cool for 15 minutes to harden slightly and enjoy!
