Side Effects of Coffee and How to make CBD coffee

While coffee and CBD infused coffee pack a healthy punch, they’re are not without its drawbacks. Have you ever felt the dreaded coffee shakes? Struggle to get to sleep because you enjoyed a latte too late in the day? Well, that might have something to do with coffee. Whatever you may think, it isn’t always a good choice.

Excessive coffee consumption can result in jitters, an increased heart rate, increased anxiety and even digestive issues. Those who already struggle with these conditions might try to steer clear of highly caffeinated drinks like coffee. In addition, studies show that consuming caffeine past two in the afternoon can disrupt sleep, leading to more severe health issues, as a result of insomnia.

And let’s not forget caffeine addiction, with withdrawal symptoms like headaches and irritability.

But this is where CBD infused coffee shines. Though it is not confirmed, some believe the calming and anti-anxiety effects of CBD oil in coffee could potentially offset the hyperactivity and jitters from caffeine. CBD coffee UK brands are now researching this balance meticulously to provide a product that offers the best of both worlds. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, adding CBD oil in coffee might just be the perfect antidote to side effects. And before you ask, there is no danger when combining CBD and caffeine.

History of Coffee (and CBD infused coffee)

The magical bean that has fueled humanity for centuries has a story as rich as its brew & lets see How to make CBD Best coffee ?

Coffee made its start in Ethiopian highlands and soon made its way through the Middle East, Europe, and eventually, the entire globe. The bean was initially chewed for its stimulant effects, before the Arabs eventually thought to brew it in approximately 675 AD. From there, coffee houses or “Qahveh Khaneh” sprang up around the world in the late 1600s, becoming centres of social and intellectual activity. Just imagine what wouldn’t have been discovered without coffee.

But now we fast forward to today, and you have CBD infused coffee rewriting history. As medical cannabis gains legality in many parts of the world, including the UK, the CBD coffee UK market is booming. Brands are creating hemp coffee and CBD infused coffee products that offer a harmonious balance between CBD and caffeine. Just think how different CBD infused coffee will be in a few years time.

Exploring Global Coffee Culture & How to make coffee

As you’d expect, coffee culture varies dramatically from one country to another. Italy has its espresso, Turkey has its own unique preparation, and America loves its filter coffee. Since coffee beans were chewed centuries ago in Ethiopia, it represents quite a change.

However, as you’ll expect us to mention, there’s CBD infused coffee, a new entrant that’s quickly becoming a global phenomenon. In the UK, you’re likely to find a wide range of CBD infused coffee products, from cold brews to espresso shots. The best CBD coffee UK often marries high-quality, aromatic coffee beans with full-spectrum or isolate CBD oil, providing not just a caffeine kick but a dose of wellness too. Even hemp coffee is emerging as a niche market, often offering a more nutty, earthy flavour profile.

However, we believe adding water soluble CBD or CBD oil in coffee is the ultimate way to enjoy CBD infused coffee. Mee CBD’s water soluble formulation makes it easy to add to your daily coffee ritual. Just pop it next to the kettle or coffee machine, add a drop or two of Mee, stir away and enjoy.
